secret

On the surface of the world right now there is war and violence and things
seem dark
But calmly and quietly, at the same time, something else is happening
underground
An inner revolution is taking place and certain individuals are being called
...to a higher light
It is a silent revolution
From the inside out
From the ground up

It is time for me to reveal myself
I am an embedded agent of an secret, undercover
Clandestine
Global operation
A spiritual conspiracy
We have sleeper cells in every nation on the planet

You won't see us on the T.V.
You won't read about us in the newspaper
You won't hear about us on the radio

We don't seek any glory
We don't wear any uniform
We come in all shapes and sizes
Colors and styles

Most of us work anonymously
We are quietly working behind the scenes in every country and culture of
the world
Cities big and small, mountains and valleys, in farms and villages, tribes
and remote islands

You could pass by one of us on the street and not even notice
We go undercover
We remain behind the scenes
It is of no concern to us who takes the final credit
But simply that the work gets done

Occasionally we spot each other in the street
We give a quiet nod and continue on our way so no one will notice

During the day many of us pretend we have normal jobs
But behind the false storefront at night is where the real work takes place

Some call us the "Conscious Army"
We are slowly creating a new world with the power of our minds and hearts
We follow, with passion and joy
Our orders from the Central Command
The Spiritual Intelligence Agency

We are dropping soft, secret love bombs when no ones is looking
Poems
Hugs
Music
Photography
Movies
Kind words
Smiles
Meditation and prayer
Dance
Social activism
Websites
Blogs
Random acts of kindness

We each express ourselves in our own unique ways with our own unique
gifts and talents

"Be the change you want to see in the world"
That is the motto that fills our hearts
We know it is the only way real transformation takes place
We know that quietly and humbly we have the power of all the oceans
combined

Our work is slow and meticulous
Like the formation of mountains
It is not even visible at first glance
And yet with it entire tectonic plates shall be moved in the centuries to
come

Love is the new religion of the 21st century

You don't have to be a highly educated person
Or have any exceptional knowledge to understand it

It comes from the intelligence of the heart
Embedded in the timeless evolutionary pulse of all human beings

Be the change you want to see in the world
Nobody else can do it for you

We are now recruiting
Perhaps you will join us
Or already have....
All are welcome...
The door is open

They Did Not Give Up.

"Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try Again. Fail again. Fail better."
                  ~ Samuel Beckett

here As a young man, Abraham Lincoln went to war a captain and returned a private. Afterwards, he was a failure as a businessman. As a lawyer in Springfield, he was too impractical and temperamental to be a success. He turned to politics and was defeated in his first try for the legislature, again defeated in his first attempt to be nominated for congress, defeated in his application to be commissioner of the General Land Office, defeated in the senatorial election of 1854, defeated in his efforts for the vice-presidency in 1856, and defeated in the senatorial election of 1858. At about that time, he wrote in a letter to a friend, "I am now the most miserable man living. If what I feel were equally distributed to the whole human family, twould not be one cheerful face on the earth."

Winston Churchill failed sixth grade. He was subsequently defeated in every election for public office until he became Prime Minister at the age of 62. He later wrote, "Never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never - in nothing, great or small, large or petty - never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense. Never, Never, Never, Never give up." (his capitals, mind you)

Socrates was called "an immoral corrupter of youth" and continued to corrupt even after a sentence of death was imposed on him. He drank the hemlock and died corrupting.

Thomas Edison's teachers said he was "too stupid to learn anything." He was fired from his first two jobs for being "non-productive." As an inventor, Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. When a reporter asked, "How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?" Edison replied, "I didn’t fail 1,000 times. The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps."

"Our greatest glory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall."
                      ~ Confucius

Albert Einstein did not speak until he was 4-years-old and did not read until he was 7. His parents thought he was "sub-normal," and one of his teachers described him as "mentally slow, unsociable, and adrift forever in foolish dreams." He was expelled from school and was refused admittance to the Zurich Polytechnic School. He did eventually learn to speak and read. Even to do a little math.

Henry Ford failed and went broke five times before he succeeded.

"Only those who dare to fail greatly can achieve greatly."
           ~ Robert F. Kennedy

Michael Jordan and Bob Cousy were each cut from their high school basketball teams. Jordan once observed, "I've failed over and over again in my life. That is why I succeed."

Walt Disney was fired by a newspaper editor because "he lacked imagination and had no good ideas." He went bankrupt several times before he built Disneyland. In fact, the proposed park was rejected by the city of Anaheim on the grounds that it would only attract riffraff.

Beethoven handled the violin awkwardly and preferred playing his own compositions instead of improving his technique. His teacher called him "hopeless as a composer." And, of course, you know that he wrote five of his greatest symphonies while completely deaf.

"No matter how hard you work for success, if your thought is saturated with the fear of failure, it will kill your efforts, neutralize your endeavors and make success impossible."
    ~ Baudjuin

"Little minds are tamed and subdued by misfortune;but great minds rise above them."
    ~ Washington Irving

"There is something to be said for keeping at a thing, isn't there?"
        ~ Frank Sinatra

Big Dreamers Are The Ones Who Get Big Results.

Look, I know that it's not always easy to picture yourself in the house of your dreams or your dream car (how about a Ferrari). It might seem weird to think about shopping at the best stores and never having to bother with clipping coupons or buying cheap.

But, part of winning the game and becoming the success that you want to become is allowing yourself to dream big and believing whole-heartedly in those dreams. It's a matter of fact that people who dream big get better results than people who dream little, or don't even allow themselves to dream at all. It's a tragedy that some people really don't think it's worth it to imagine and think about a happier life for themselves and have the possibility to live their dreams.

Dreaming big is an important part of success for anyone. Another part of winning the game is being willing to work to make those big dreams a reality. For people who dare to dream and are willing to work a bit, success can become a reality.

We've all been in situations where we have to pinch pennies just to get by. That's no fun. And it's stressful. Wouldn't you love to find a workable plan for getting yourself out of the penny-pinching world and into the world of financial freedom and live your dreams?

Wouldn't you love to be able to have those things that you want, whether they are cars and boats or vacations or a killer wardrobe? Don't be afraid to set your sights high - you can achieve these goals!

Just think: A life that offers you independence, the ability to make your own goals and decisions, and all that you want both materially and in terms of having the time and freedom to do what you want!

So many people feel trapped in the life of tiny dreams, coupon clipping and buying second hand. Is that you? Is that what you want for yourself? Open your mind, your imagination, your drive for success and let's get to work. Dream big and make those dreams happen!

There is a famous saying that fits perfectly here.

"If you don't have dreams and goals then you are probably working for someone who does".

If this rings true with you then it's time you did something about it. You can set down your goals in stone, start working on your fortune in your spare time, and achieve them.

Echo Of Life.

A boy who did not know what an echo was cried across a valley, “Who is there?”
The echo answered, “Who is there?”
The child could not see who spoke those words and he asked, “Who are you?”
Back came the words, “Who are you?”
The boy thought someone was trying to tease him. So he shouted, “Please stop it!”
The echo repeated, “Please stop it!”
Just as the child was becoming bewildered by the echo, his mother explained to him that no one was trying to tease him, that it was only an echo of his own voice that came back to him. The child thought about this for a moment, then cried out, “I love you!”
Back came the words, “I love you!”
The child enthusiastically shouted, “You are so good!”
The compliment was returned to him and the child became happier and more enthusiastic about life. The moral of the story is that what we give to this world comes back to us.

The House With The Golden Windows.

The little girl lived in a small, very simple, poor house on a hill and as she grew she would play in the small garden and as she grew she was able to see over the garden fence and across the valley to a wonderful house high on the hill - and this house had golden windows, so golden and shining that the little girl would dream of how magic it would be to grow up and live in a house with golden windows instead of an ordinary house like hers.
And although she loved her parents and her family, she yearned to live in such a golden house and dreamed all day about how wonderful and exciting it must feel to live there.
When she got to an age where she gained enough skill and sensibility to go outside her garden fence, she asked her mother is she could go for a bike ride outside the gate and down the lane. After pleading with her, her mother finally allowed her to go, insisting that she kept close to the house and didn't wander too far. The day was beautiful and the little girl knew exactly where she was heading! Down the lane and across the valley, she rode her bike until she got to the gate of the golden house across on the other hill.
As she dismounted her bike and lent it against the gate post, she focused on the path that lead to the house and then on the house itself...and was so disappointed as she realized all the windows were plain and rather dirty, reflecting nothing other than the sad neglect of the house that stood derelict.
So sad she didn't go any further and turned, heart broken as she remounted her bike ... As she glanced up she saw a sight to amaze her...there across the way on her side of the valley was a little house and its windows glistened golden ...as the sun shone on her little home.
She realized that she had been living in her golden house and all the love and care she found there was what made her home the 'golden house'. Everything she dreamed was right there in front of her nose!

THE DONKEY

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried disparately for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided that the animal was very old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just was not worth it to retrieve the donkey.

He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. Everyone grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down.

A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing; he would shake it off and takes a step up.

As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on the top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off.

Life is going to shovel all kind of dirt on you, the trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone; we can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up, shake it off and take a step up.
